Kaedah:
Guru membincangkan undang-undang dan peraturan lam acara lempar cakera.
Guru menunjukkan kemahiran lempar cakera yang terdiri daripada fasa persediaan, fasa putaran, fasa lemparan, dan fasa ikut lajak.
Guru juga menentukan otot-otot yang terlibat secara langsung dalam acara lempar cakera.
Para pelajar dibenarkan berlatih serta menunjukkan kemahiran lempar cakera agar menguasai kemahiran.
Pelajar-pelajar disarankan mempelbagaikan kemahiran lempar cakera dan membezakan hasil lemparan mereka.
Seterusnya para pelajar diarah untuk meneruskan latihan kemahiran lempar cakera.

Guru juga menentukan otot-otot yang terlibat secara langsung dalam acara lempar cakera.
Para pelajar dibenarkan berlatih serta menunjukkan kemahiran lempar cakera agar menguasai kemahiran.
Pelajar-pelajar disarankan mempelbagaikan kemahiran lempar cakera dan membezakan hasil lemparan mereka.
Seterusnya para pelajar diarah untuk meneruskan latihan kemahiran lempar cakera.
